Offer Period

This offer is valid from  18th July 2025  to 18th October 2025, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of Nurture Property Group. The relevant time zone for eligibility is AEST (UTC +10:00).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, the following conditions must be met:

• The participant must be a new client to Nurture Property Group. Existing clients are not eligible.

• The offer applies only to residential investment properties located in the Macarthur Region of NSW, or other approved areas as determined by Nurture Property Group.

• The participant must be the legal owner or authorised representative of the property.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• The property must be available for lease or already tenanted within 30 days of signing the Managing Agency Agreement.

Offer Details

• Eligible clients will receive a waiver of standard property management fees for the first three (3) calendar months of their agreement with Nurture Property Group.

• The estimated value of the offer will vary depending on the property's weekly rental amount, typically ranging from $500 to $800+ GST.

• The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other financial substitute.

• Limit: One use only.

• This offer is conditional on the client entering into a Exclusive Management Agreement.

Redemption Instructions

• No promo code is required.

• To redeem this offer, the client must:

  1. Contact Nurture Property Group during the offer period.

  2. Sign a valid Managing Agency Agreement before the offer expires.

  3. Ensure the property is tenanted or advertised within 30 days.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or referral incentive, unless explicitly approved in writing.

Limitations and Exclusions

• Not valid for:

  • Properties already managed by or previously under agreement with Nurture Property Group.

  • Commercial, short-term rental, or holiday letting properties.

  • Properties outside the Macarthur Region, unless approved in writing.

• Letting fees, lease renewal fees, advertising/marketing costs, tribunal representation, inspection reports, and any other non-management services are excluded and charged at standard rates.

• Offer is subject to property acceptance at the discretion of Nurture Property Group.

Changes and Termination

• Nurture Property Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time, with or without prior notice.

• Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly in writing to any clients who have initiated the agreement process but not yet signed.

Liability

• Nurture Property Group is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from this offer, whether direct or indirect.

• Property owners are responsible for all outgoings, maintenance, marketing expenses, and any applicable taxes, including GST.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
All participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes relating to this offer should first be directed to Nurture Property Group via written communication.

• If unresolved, disputes will be managed through NSW Fair Trading's resolution process or the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) as appropriate.

Unfair Contract Terms

• These Terms & Conditions have been written in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• No term in this document is intended to mislead, impose unfair limitations, or restrict legal rights under NSW or federal consumer protections.

• Clients are encouraged to seek independent advice if they have any concerns about the agreement.
